Most frequent questions and answers

Log In to WordPress dashboard with WordPress credentials.

Go to Library posts -> Add new.

  • Give a Title in “Add title” box.
  • Add Title in “Title” box.
  • Fill the content in the “Citations” text area.
  • Once done “Publish” the page by clicking on top right blue button.

Log In to WordPress dashboard with WordPress credentials.

Go to Teams -> Add new.

  • Provide all the information. about the staff
  • Add Name.
  • Add Bio.
  • Content Focus if applicable or else you can leave the space blank.
  • Choose the picture, push on the “Add Image”, at the same time you need to choose the “Featured image” on the right side.
  • Add LinkedIn if any.
  • Add Role.
  • Add Education.

Once done “Publish” the page by clicking on top right blue button.

Log In to WordPress dashboard with WordPress credentials.

Go to posts -> Add new.

  • Give a Title in “Add title” Box.
  • Select Categories as “Blog” on right side of the page.
  • Choose “Feature Image” from media on right side of the page.
  • Add content of the blog on main text area which is left side of the page.
  • Then publish the page on right top corner of the page.

Login with WordPress credentials.

  • On right side WordPress dashboard click on “Comments” .
  • Now click on “Approve under comments section. Then it will publish on to the blog page.

Go to GiveWP -> Donations > Settings > Emails (tab).

  • Click on the Donor Emails Tab.
  • Hover over donation receipt and click on edit.
  • You can modify or add content in the email message text box.
  • Scroll down to save the changes

Go to GiveWP -> Donations > Settings > Emails (tab).

  • Click on the Admin Emails Tab.
  • Hover over New Donation and click on edit.
  • You can modify or add content in the email message text box.
  • Scroll down to save the changes

  • Click on the Form template Tab.
  • You can modify or add content in the content text box.
  • Click on update on the right side of the page.
