To Whom It May Concern at Colorado Gives,

Colorado Rural Health Center (CRHC) has worked with The Schreiber Research Group (TSRG) for a little
over a year now. Our main efforts together have concerned applying to and implementing a HRSA Rural
Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) Planning grant. Terri Schreiber reached out to CRHC to
partner on this opportunity in order to ensure that she was incorporating the voices of rural Colorado
communities on this important subject. Throughout the whole process, Terri and her team were
communicative, thoughtful, and thorough in their planning and execution. Terri meets with strategic
partners and asks pointed questions to gather relevant information that she can incorporate in her
work. She asks for feedback from all stakeholders and is collaborative in her vision for improving needed
services for substance and opioid use disorders in Colorado.
The work that TSRG does for the opioid crisis and patients experiencing substance and/or opioid use
disorders is an invaluable asset to the community. CRHC looks forward to our continued partnership
with TSRG, both to build upon the work that has been accomplished and to collaborate on future
opportunities that pertain to the health of rural Colorado communities.

Sincerely,
Michelle Mills
