Community Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis for Conejos, Crowley, and Otero Counties

Beginning in October 2020 through completion in March 2021, TSRG, in partnership with the Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment (PDPHE), worked to develop this Community Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis. We are grateful for their partnership, and the guidance of Colorado Rural Health Center, the Colorado Consortium for Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention, and the Director of Opioid Response from the Colorado Attorney General’s office. We hope our findings will aid Conejos, Crowley, and Otero counties as they work to find solutions to the opioid crisis. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this project, but most especially to the public health employees from Conejos County Public Health and Otero County Public Health.

This Community Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis was supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of an award totaling $200,000.00 with 0% percentage financed with non-governmental sources.
